Barb Gould Uskup is the sister of Edward Gould and daughter of Shirley Gould who had the vision to create the Gould Center. She has been a member of the board since her Mother’s passing in 2003. She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is an independent contract with the Carolina Real Estate Company. Her passions and hobbies include charitable giving to many causes, and of course her polo ponies and pups.
